You will assist with luggage, guide guests to rooms, and support smooth check-in/check-out experiences, collaborating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment in Downtown Austin.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to greet and assist guests.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and move items safely.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and teamwork with Front Desk and Housekeeping.
• Wamiliar with hotel services and local area is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, offering a personalized experience.
• Assist guests with luggage by delivering to rooms or retrieving at check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and inform them of hotel amenities and services.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist with special requests (transportation, directions, dining/recreation).
• Maintain luggage area, ensure security and cleanliness, and coordinate with teams.
