Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a courteous welcome at check-in and throughout the stay.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Input work orders and guest concerns in HotSOS and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain lobby areas and ensure a neat, professional appearance.
• Uphold hotel policies and safety procedures at all times.
