Terratron in Rochester, MN is seeking a Part Time Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and resolve requests with a friendly, professional demeanor. Weekend availability and ability to work multiple shifts (7am-3pm, 1pm-9pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) are required.

You will be the first point of contact, processing reservations, handling cash, and maintaining clean, welcoming public areas while coordinating with housekeeping and leadership to ensure guest satisfaction

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
