Terratron is seeking an energetic housekeeping associate to clean guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards in a Rochester, MN hotel environment.

You will vacate, restock, and prepare rooms for guests, while maintaining safety precautions and excellent guest service. This role emphasizes independence, reliability, and teamwork to ensure a welcoming, spotless stay for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, floors, furniture, and fixtures to standard.
• Vacuum, dust, change linens, make beds, remove trash, mop floors, and replenish supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, guest service, and room readiness throughout shifts.
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and missing items promptly.
• Follow brand, property, PPE, and housekeeping procedures diligently.
• Organize carts, closets, linens, and laundry areas; assist with laundry tasks as needed.
• Communicate with leadership and front desk about room status and guest needs.
• Support in deep cleaning, inspections, training, or special projects as assigned.
• Adhere to policies and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
