Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Set up work areas and prepare food and beverage items per standards and guest requests
• Serve food and beverages while supporting guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, kitchen, and service areas
• Replenish items as needed throughout the shift
• Follow safety, alcohol service, chemical handling, and workplace guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of brand food and beverage selections
• Process payments or assist with cash handling when assigned
• Communicate guest needs and service concerns to leadership
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and side work
• Adhere to company policies and property-specific expectations
• Extend professionalism to guests, residents, customers, clients, vendors, and associates
• Be proactive, prompt, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Act with integrity and demonstrate teamwork
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear uniform as assigned
