Job summary

Terratron is seeking a housekeeping associate to create clean, comfortable guest rooms and maintain high cleanliness standards. You will ensure room readiness, assist with laundry and public areas, and support the front desk and maintenance teams as needed.

You should be reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with flexible scheduling including weekends and nights. Terratron offers a benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and time-conscious.
• Ability to multitask and work with a team.
• Capable of following PPE and safety protocols.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle overhead lifting where required.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, floors, and spaces.
• Vacuum, dust, change linens, make beds, replenish supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, guest service, and room readiness.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to leadership.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Follow brand and housekeeping procedures.
• Organize carts, closets, and workspaces.
• Communicate with front desk and maintenance about room readiness.
• Assist with laundry, deep cleaning, or special projects as assigned.
• Work independently while supporting a positive team environment.
