Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, equipment placement, signage, and related tasks.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness, organization and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support crowd management to ensure a safe attendee experience.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high professional standards.
