Guest Service Member

Job Summary: The Guest Service Member interacts with customers to provide information, handle inquiries and tickets, resolve complaints, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry.
• Answer guest questions and guide them to seats.
• Verify ticket authenticity and special passes.
• Assist guests with special needs, including seating accommodations.
• Maintain safety by escorting guests to exits during emergencies.
• Assist in verifying staff credentials for restricted areas.
• Provide directions within or outside the venue.
• Support staff in post‑show breakdown and general venue upkeep.
• May assist at informational kiosks or displays.
