Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins/outs and verify identity.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests and inquiries.
• Secure payments and adjust billing as needed; maintain records.
• Provide guests with room details, directions, and local information.
• Run daily reports and communicate updates to the next shift.
• Complete cashier and closing reports and secure the bank.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and report issues.
• Coordinate with staff for wake-up calls, maintenance, and safety.
