Fairfield Inn in Appleton is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the first and last impression for guests. You will manage check-in/check-out, front desk operations, market sales, and guest interactions with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities include reservations, accurate guest registration, payment handling, and promoting the loyalty program. You will resolve issues, assist with inquiries, and maintain records with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures, guest services and hotel services.
• Proficiently speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office products.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a unique and personable way.
• Book guest hotel reservations.
• Register guests, verify reservations, collect information and payment details.
• Answer and route calls; take guest messages accurately.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and recognize members.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond timely and professionally.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and escalate as needed.
• Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
• Maintain records including cash flows and reservation cards.
• Handle market and retail transactions for guests.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain market inventory and restock as necessary.
