You will respond to guest needs with effective selling strategies to support hotel revenue. The role may also serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or guest-relations is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and check out guests while protecting confidential information.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and loyalty-program participation.
• Answer calls and provide information about services, rates, and amenities.
• Operate the property-management system to post charges and balance transactions.
• Verify payment methods and reconcile cash, checks, and cards at shift end.
• Promote hotel services, future reservations, and room options.
• Identify sales opportunities and share leads with the team.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and document recovery efforts.
• Communicate special requests and maintenance needs across departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front-desk area.
