Job summary

Western Reserve Historical Society is seeking a part-time Visitor Services associate to greet guests, handle inquiries, and process admissions and merchandise at the Cleveland History Center. You will promote memberships, manage transactions on the POS system, and help maintain a welcoming store and lobby environment.

The role requires weekend availability, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Training follows WRHS standards and dress code expectations.
