• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out and payments per policy.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist with room status, reports, and daily operational tasks as directed.
