Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services staff member for University of Wisconsin–Madison events in Madison, WI. You will warmly welcome attendees, answer questions, and guide guests to facilities while maintaining a high level of service.

This part-time role offers flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service experience is beneficial, and you will work with a team focused on safe, memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and positive experiences.
• Adhere to company policies and deliver professional service.
