Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Houston, TX is seeking an entry-level front desk role to learn and gain experience in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You will provide consistent service at the Member Services Desk, help in multiple areas such as Café, Spa, Housekeeping, and Facilities, and help ensure a positive member experience from opening to close.

Qualifications

• Opening-shift availability, including early mornings several times per week.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Able to handle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent quality service and accurate information across club operations.
• Monitor the Member Services Desk and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist in multiple departments such as Café, Spa, Housekeeping, Sports, and Facilities.
