Responsibilities

• Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission.
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition.
• Understand staff roles to address needs effectively and accurately.
• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
• Possess computer skills needed to accomplish required tasks.
• Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement.
