Job summary

Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a friendly Guest Services team member to welcome patients, residents, and families and support admissions through discharge. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and clear communication.

You will conduct ambassador rounds, assist with tours, manage paperwork, and collaborate with admissions and activities teams. This part-time position offers meaningful hours and benefits like PTO, AFLAC, tuition reimbursement, and EAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to engage with patients, residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission.
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition.
• Understand the role of staff members and their functions in order to properly address needs.
• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
• Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks.
• Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement.
