Evergreen Post Acute Rehab in Smyrna, Delaware is seeking a Guest Services team member for weekend coverage. You will warmly welcome residents, visitors, and callers and assist with basic administrative tasks. Strong customer service, a friendly telephone voice, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities include routing calls, collaborating with staff, and handling mail functions. This role requires high school completion and a professional appearance.

• Cooperate with other departments to facilitate communications and notification of immediate needs.
• Ability to follow procedures for medical emergencies and urgent situations.
• Generate and distribute forms.
• Accurately perform all mail room functions for staff and residents.
• Attend various meetings and functions as required.
• Perform other duties as needed by Admissions and Administrator.

As a Guest Services team member, you will provide the initial introduction to our facility, creating a positive and welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and callers. If you possess exceptional customer service skills, a pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and patient disposition, we encourage you to apply.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Cordially and professionally greet and direct residents, visitors, callers, and employees
