Job summary

ASM Global is seeking part-time Event Team Members for Huntington Bank Field. The role supports guest services from entry to exit, delivering best-in-class experiences at stadium events.

Positions start at $16 per hour and cover evenings, weekends, holidays, and Browns home games. Duties include greeting guests, guiding to seating, ticket verification, and assisting guests in wheelchairs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venue.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.
• Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Understand and enforce all Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.
• Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas and restrooms.
• Verify tickets and help with wayfinding in and around the venue.
• Escort fans throughout the venue in wheelchairs.
• Work in crowded and tight spaces such as elevators, concourses, seating bowl, etc.
• Be attentive to guests’ needs and know all policies, services, and locations.
• Report all incidents to Team Leaders.
• Thank guests for attending as they leave.

The Huntington Bank Field Guest Services Team is seeking enthusiastic individuals for part-time and seasonal Event Team Member positions. Our Guest Services Ambassadors (GSAs) are essential in creating best-in-class guest experiences—from the moment fans arrive to the moment they depart. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for every guest.

Positions start at $16 per hour and vary throughout each event. Range from Ushers, Premium Space Greeters, Elevator Operators and many more.

Essential Functions:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.
• Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Understand and enforce all Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.
• Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas and restrooms.

• Assist with escorting fans throughout the venue in wheelchairs.
• Ability to work in crowded and tight spaces such as elevators, congested concourses, seating bowl, etc.
• Must be attentive to guests' needs, have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.
• Report all incidents to Team Leaders.
• Thank guests for attending as they leave.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to consistently present in a friendly, approachable and professional manor including a well-groomed appearance.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venue.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions including outdoors.
• Reliable transportation to and from Huntington Bank Field.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, all full stadium events that include concerts, major special events and all Cleveland Browns home games.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
