Job summary

Legends Global is seeking part-time and seasonal Event Team Members for Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, OH. Roles include Ushers, Premium Space Greeters, Elevator Operators and more, starting at $16 per hour. You will greet guests, deliver best-in-class service, and help with directions, tickets and safety throughout events.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and Browns home games is required. Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused, with the ability to work outdoors

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.
• Proactively assist guests with questions or concerns.
• Understand and enforce all venue policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate directions to seating areas and restrooms.
• Verify tickets and assist with wayfinding around the venue.
• Escort fans in wheelchairs when needed.
• Work in crowded spaces such as elevators and concourses.
• Be attentive to guests' needs and know venue locations and services.
• Report incidents to Team Leaders and thank guests as they depart.

The Huntington Bank Field Guest Services Team is seeking enthusiastic individuals for part‑time and seasonal Event Team Member positions.

Our Guest Services Ambassadors (GSAs) are essential in creating best‑in‑class guest experiences—from the moment fans arrive to the moment they depart. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and self‑motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for every guest.

Positions start at $16 per hour and vary throughout each event. Which range from Ushers, Premium Space Greeters, Elevator Operators and many more. * A GSA may be assigned or reassigned to any post based on the needs of the event and will execute all posts assigned by leadership. *

Essential Functions:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.
• Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Understand and enforce all Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.
• Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas and restrooms.
• Ability to verify tickets and help with wayfinding in and around the venue.
• Assist with escorting fans throughout the venue in wheelchairs.
• Ability to work in crowded and tight spaces. Such as elevators, congested concourses, seating bowl etc.
• Must be attentive to guests' needs, have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.
• Report all incidents to Team Leaders.
• Thank guests for attending as they leave.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to consistently present in a friendly, approachable and professional manor including a well‑groomed appearance.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venue.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions including outdoors.
• Reliable transportation to and from Huntington Bank Field.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, all full stadium events that include concerts, major special events and all Cleveland Browns home games.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
