• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality management or related field.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours; including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, dining service, reservations, and guest interactions.
• Ensure smooth workflow between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
• Provide a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests.
• Address guest inquiries and requests professionally to drive satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews to improve service quality.
• Manage inventory and labor costs for cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with sales and culinary teams on promotions and events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff and shifts.
