East West Hospitality’s Kiva at Beaver Creek is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent for the winter season. This on-site role provides diverse guest and owner interactions, check-ins, and coordination of maintenance and housekeeping to keep units welcoming and functional.

You’ll work 8AM–8PM with flexible shift options, earn $23–$24 per hour, and enjoy a Winter Incentive, ski breaks, and benefits like a 401(k) with match and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or higher) required.
• Fluent English required for guest interactions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills including POS system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest and owner service, addressing requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform check-ins, prepare arrival packets, and manage phone communications.
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and housekeeping needs, including basic home repairs.
• Conduct daily property walks and condo inspections, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Support property upkeep tasks such as changing lightbulbs, pool care, snow removal, and grill maintenance.

The Kiva at Beaver Creek is looking for a friendly, customer service-oriented individual to join our team for the winter of a lifetime! This Guest Service Agent role offers variety, connection, and the chance to be part of a close-knit team in a luxury ski-in ski-out condo setting with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. You’ll help us deliver exceptional service to guests and owners while maintaining the beauty and warmth of our property. Duties Include:

• Deliver exceptional guest and owner service, addressing requests and resolving issues promptly.

Pay Rate:

$23 - $24/hour with limited gratuity potential

Schedule:

8AM - 8PM, you can choose 5 eight hour shifts or 4 ten hour shifts. We offer flexibility and also require flexibility!

About You:

Successful candidates will bring a positive attitude and a willingness to dive in and be a true team player. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with a diverse group of people. An eye for detail and the ability to handle hands-on tasks will set you apart, along with a high school diploma (or higher) and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You'll need basic computer skills, including learning to use our POS system, and fluency in English is required. This role also requires comfort being on your feet for extended periods of time.
