Responsibilities

• Complete the registration process using the computer system and verify guest information.
• Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization and handle payments.
• Answer the telephone with a clear English voice and relay messages to guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns per guidelines.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with supervisor support as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a neat, safe work area.
