Job summary

Entertimeonline in Port Saint Joe, FL is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to book reservations, assist guests, and ensure an exceptional stay. You will manage bookings across channels, coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, handle payments, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-friendly environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and strong communication; evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 2 years experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations for vacation rentals via phone and email; confirm bookings.
• Provide information on properties and assist guests before, during and after stays.
• Coordinate with third-party providers (maintenance, housekeeping) to fulfill requests.
• Enter data accurately into systems and collect payments from guests.
• Manage reservations from multiple channels, including OTAs such as Airbnb and Vrbo.
