Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Front Desk/AYS Agent to be the main contact for guest requests, inquiries, and in-room dining orders. You will respond promptly, coordinate with hotel departments, and ensure every request is followed up for guest satisfaction.

This PM shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) requires detail orientation, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to guest calls promptly and professionally, providing solutions or dispatching service requests as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs, documenting and following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Take in-room dining orders, demonstrating strong menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
• Accurately input and process orders through the Point of Sale system, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed call logs, guest request tracking, and daily communication records for each shift.
• Provide guests with accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and area services.
• Monitor and manage outstanding guest requests, ensuring completion before shift end.
• Follow established emergency procedures and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations.
• Uphold confidentiality and security of all guest and hotel information.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety and operational standards.
