Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel reservation and property management systems.
• Ability to multitask, handle guest concerns professionally, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, respond to requests, and resolve concerns with Marriott standards.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, guest accounts, payments, and billing in the PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions; promote Marriott Bonvoy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and protect guest information.
