Responsibilities include coordinating with bell staff, recording wake-up calls, handling billing questions, and guiding guests to meeting rooms and hotel amenities. A friendly, professional demeanor and knowledge of local attractions are essential.

Qualifications

• Front desk staff should communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math for billing and rates.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks calmly in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Make and confirm reservations for guests staying at the hotel.
• Check guests in following standard procedures and verify payment.
• Check guests out and provide a fond farewell.
• Coordinate with bell staff for guest transport and arrival timings.
• Input wakeup calls into the PBX system and log sheets.
• Assist guests with billing inquiries and room-related questions.
• Direct guests to meeting rooms and inform them of hotel amenities hours.
• Stay informed on local attractions and dining options for guests.
• Support management with HHonors and amenity coordination during arrivals.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations and maintain brand standards.
