Qualifications

• Prior food service, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service.
• Prepare and serve menu items and beverages according to brand standards.
• Operate POS system and accurately process transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of The Bistro and kitchen prep areas.
• Restock food and supplies throughout each shift.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Assist with inventory rotation and waste control.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns.
• Communicate effectively with hotel teams.
• Uphold Marriott service standards.
