Bennett Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for Courtyard by Marriott in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The Front Desk Agent provides exceptional guest service, handles reservations, and ensures a welcoming, efficient experience for every guest in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires professional, organized service-minded individuals who can manage check-ins/check-outs, assist guests, and coordinate with housekeep ing and other departments.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred; Marriott experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-focused attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation systems.
• Ability to multitask and work well independently or in a team.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/check-out, respond to requests while maintaining Marriott standards.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, guest accounts, payments, and billing in the PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy membership and identify opportunities to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby; protect guest information.
