Azul Hospitality's Homewood Suites Los Angeles Intl Airport is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, check-in and check-out, handle cash, and manage reservations, promoting a positive guest experience.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and attention to detail. You will work with PMS and POS systems, balance cash, assist VIPs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service.

Competenze

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or guest services preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write English.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance a cash drawer.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out at the front desk.
• Accept payments, maintain a house bank, and provide accurate receipts.
• Answer calls, assist guests with requests, and coordinate with other departments.
• Balance cash drawer and report daily receipts.
• Maintain lobby area and assist with reservations.
