Job summary

Home2 Suites in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service to guests from arrival through departure. You will handle check-ins and check-outs and assist guests with requests to ensure a smooth stay.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling accuracy, and a friendly, service-driven attitude. Full-time position with weekend/holiday coverage expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A degree with emphasis in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Respond to guests' requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and amenities.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and follow Lexima/Brand policies.
