You’ll manage reservations, coordinate with teams, and handle requests with a friendly, efficient style. A high school diploma and familiarity with hotel software are preferred; strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
