Job summary

Summit Hospitality Incorporated is seeking a Front Desk Agent to check guests in and out, provide outstanding service, and uphold brand standards across Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton properties. You will handle guest needs, maintain lobby presentation, and support daily front desk operations with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest services experience preferred (Hilton/Hyatt/Marriott).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and remain professional with the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership; able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with staff to resolve guest inquiries and issues.
• Maintain lobby area and guest information materials.
• Operate front desk systems for reservations, reports and guest services.
• Assist with ordering supplies and processing invoices when needed.
• Promote loyalty programs and brand standards.
