Stonebridge Companies’ Courtyard Atlanta Midtown/Element Atlanta Midtown is seeking a Guest Service Agent to support smooth check-in/check-out, maintain guest records, and deliver outstanding service at the front desk.

You will greet guests, process payments, post charges, resolve inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping, and assist with reservations while upholding hotel policies and standards. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Proficiency in using property management systems and basic office software.
