StepStone Hospitality is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent at the Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, inquiries, and requests to ensure a welcoming and memorable stay.

We value strong communication, customer service, and a professional demeanor, with basic computer skills and local knowledge. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments, verify guest information, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies to ensure operational excellence.
• Accurately balance cash and complete shift responsibilities, including overnight audit support when assigned.
