Job summary

Choosecolumbusga is seeking a Guest Services Agent to greet guests, check in and out, and provide courteous service. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, as well as strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, PBX, and concierge tasks, assisting with reservations, posting charges, and coordinating with housekeeping to maintain room status.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year’s experience in customer service or related fields.
• Experience in Front Office, PBX, and Concierge preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as concierge and assist guests with reservations and directions.
• Verify guest payment methods and post charges following procedures.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and room assignment; handle registrations.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping and maintenance.
