Job summary

Sonenda International Hotels is hiring a Guest Services Agent in Anaheim to be the first point of contact for guests and to support the front desk during shifts. You will handle check-in/check-out, answer calls, and assist guests with inquiries while upholding Sonenda’s service standards.

The role requires English fluency, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell and follow security procedures. Weekend and holiday hours apply; ServSafe/TIPS may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; provide information on hotel services.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
• Upsell rooms and follow seasonal reservation strategies.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and security of information.
• Assist with reservations and information updates as needed.
