Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent for our New York property. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and provide information about hotel amenities and the local area. A welcoming demeanor and strong communication are essential to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will work in a fast-paced front desk environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations, handle requests, and help guests feel valued during their stay.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• A Valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and walk between areas.
