Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience is required.
• Ability to remain calm and provide direction at all times.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a full shift standing and moving around the property.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their welcome experience and Wanderlust moments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and attentive to guests.
• Greets guests and assists with luggage unloading and escorting to rooms.
• Lead and mentor bell attendants to deliver outstanding service.
• Coordinate with management for events affecting arrival/departure flow.
• Support lobby team to keep entrance area clean and organized.
