Sonesta Chicago O'Hare Airport in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and service requests, while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience using PMS systems, reservations platforms, POS systems, and handling cash transactions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly during check-in and check-out and throughout their stay.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and information requests.
• Process guest transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, F&B, and leadership teams to support smooth operations.
• Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest experiences as needed.
