Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Sonesta Chicago O'Hare Airport in Rosemont, IL. You will oversee Front Desk operations, support guest satisfaction, and lead a team to deliver warm, efficient service from check-in to check-out.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, experience in hotel operations, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous front desk or hotel operations leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Desk and guest services operations from check-in to check-out.
• Supervise, support, and motivate Front Desk Agents and guest service teams.
• Assist with room assignments, reservations coordination, and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership for smooth operations.
• Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and daily Front Office procedures.
