Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Guest Services Agent to create memorable stays for Owners and guests at our villas. You will be the friendly face helping guests explore local activities and ensuring a welcoming environment.

You will check guests in, answer inquiries, coordinate with other departments, and promote our standards of care and inclusivity. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and reviews property amenities and local activities.
• Responds to guests' questions and requests, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explains room features and guides guests on hotel services.
• Follows up to ensure requests are satisfied.
• Answers phone calls and routes to appropriate departments.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.
• Upholds guest experience standards and safety procedures.
