Responsibilities

• Unload guests' luggage and assist in rooming guests in a professional manner.
• Provide hotel tours to new guests explaining services and dining options.
• Offer valet parking services and retrieve guest automobiles.
• Deliver items to guest rooms (packages, laundry) and assist with luggage during busy periods.
• Operate company shuttle and run errands for guests.
