Job summary

BENCHMARK seeks a Front Services Agent to provide exceptional guest service at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Texas. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, distribute room keys, and provide valet and shuttle services.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience and a valid Texas Driver’s License. The position offers a pay rate of $17.75 per hour, along with various benefits including 10 days of holiday pay, medical insurance, and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
• Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.

Job Overview

The Front Services Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel in a friendly manner and handling a range of front‑service tasks including luggage assistance, key distribution, valet parking, and shuttle driving.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first and last impression for guests arriving and departing the hotel, greeting them and unloading luggage.
• Distribute hotel room keys and name badges.
• Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining available services and restaurants.
• Provide valet parking services to guests.
• Deliver items (packages, laundry) to guest rooms, collect luggage, and distribute on busy check‑out days.
• Drive company shuttle on various errands for guests.
• Assist in unloading luggage, rooming guests in a professional manner that exemplifies the service commitment.
• Handle parking and retrieval of guest automobiles safely, quickly, and efficiently, giving directions and information on hotel and area services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour.
• Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center.
• Weekly pay.
• 10 days of holiday pay, up to 14 vacation & sick days per year.
