Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas, is seeking a friendly buffet server for the marketplace. You’ll provide prompt, courteous service and help maintain a clean front-of-house.

This is a 2nd shift, full-time position with a base hourly rate of $19 and a tip-free environment. Prior serving experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality with a smile and people skills.
• Restaurant serving experience is welcomed but not required; training provided.
• Certifications in Food Safety and Texas Alcohol Beverage required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders from guests and deliver timely service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; maintain a clean front-of-house area.
• Perform side work: polishing/sorting silverware, rolling silver, cleaning side stations.
• Assist with general restaurant upkeep including vacuuming as needed.
• Know property amenities to help guests and maintain professional standards.
