Job summary

Pineapple Hospitality in Seattle is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the welcoming face for guests from the moment they arrive. You will handle check-ins/outs, assist with luggage, and provide local recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.

We value a cheerful, outgoing attitude and a commitment to outstanding service. Requirements include a high school diploma and food handler/alcohol service cards (cards can be obtained after hire).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months related experience preferred.
• Possess a valid food handlers card and alcohol service card (can acquire after hire).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and rates and types of available rooms as well as responding to other requests from guests and providing welcome beverage and barista services as needed
• Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Act as a point of reference for guests that require assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements. This includes their transportation needs.
• Acquiring and sharing knowledge of the hotel as well as the surrounding areas, venues and attractions.
