Job summary

Staypineapple is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise and train room and house attendants, ensuring all work meets Staypineapple standards of cleanliness.

The role requires leading the housekeeping team, coordinating schedules, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and delivering excellent guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
• Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving as team leads for the entire housekeeping staff including assigning and reviewing work.
• Overseeing a number of critical tasks such as keeping the staff on schedule, inspecting and approving public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, ensuring timely turnover of checkout rooms and interacting with hotel guests in a polite and positive manner.
• Providing training and guidance for housekeeping staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards.
