Job summary

European Wax Center in Marlton, NJ is hiring an entry-level Guest Service/Sales Associate to greet guests and drive sales. You will educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, and our retail line, while maintaining a welcoming front desk and a clean lobby.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in service or retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varying shifts. This role offers a base hourly wage with commissions and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and skincare goals.
• Proactively educate guests on wax pass options, current promotions, benefits of waxing regularly and prebooking.
• Be knowledgeable on all aspects of Artemis Wax including our retail line.
• Addresses guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized and inviting front desk & lobby area, upholding brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay on top of brand knowledge and sales techniques.
