Qualifications

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand needs and skincare goals.
• Educate guests on wax pass options, current promotions, and benefits of waxing; recommend prebooking.
• Be knowledgeable on all Artemis Wax offerings including retail line.
• Address guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area, upholding brand standards of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share product knowledge to foster a team environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
