Job summary

Towne Park in Salt Lake City seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests, handle vehicle parking and retrieval, and assist with luggage handling during arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them to services, and ensuring accurate ticketing and revenue procedures. A part-time schedule, competitive pay, and benefits for eligible roles are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide information about outlets and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; issue claim checks and manage keys accurately.
• Process revenue for vehicles when needed and ensure proper ticketing and records.
